Desired competences, knowledge and skills were expressed by over 60 focus group participants. With the aim of developing modern teaching materials and because of the benefits they will have with the learning model we are preparing, they made many really useful suggestions. The Combined Learning Model for Secondary Vocational Education in Mechanical Engineering and the Development of Competences of Students and Teachers for Digital Education is co-financed by Norway with funding from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism of EUR 823.296. The aim of the project is to develop an innovative hybrid model for education in professional programs in the field of mechanical engineering.
